She holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Supervision from Okan University. With her specialisation in Management Science, leadership, communication, and social-emotional learning, Dr. Garan contributes not only to the academic success of students but also to their personal growth.

When living in Cambridge, she had the opportunity to not only improve her English, but also gain first-hand experience of the British education system and its culture. This background has enabled her to provide invaluable insights for students wishing to study in the UK.
